As an educator, I experiment with different types of teaching. Most often, in my videos, I present all sorts of academic, historical, biblical, and religious information in lecture format. Occasionally, I lead spiritual discussions, which are also educational, but they are meant to be a learning of a different sort. So, this teaching video is a shiur (a lesson) about the spirituality of Passover and Omer customs. Though I lead the discussion, the insights from the participants are very valuable. I am fortunate to have a diverse, spiritual, and very mixed audience of Jews and non-Jews who embody a broad array of views on most topics, and that is what makes such talks truly interesting. I hope you will enjoy this one.
